To get basic information about visits to our website, we use Google Analytics and Bing Webmaster Tools. These services records what pages you view and how you arrived at our site. For the data gathered, we don’t know who you are, we just know that somebody visited our site.

Like most websites, we use measuring tools to help us make our site better. Knowing what parts of our website are doing well and how people arrive at our site makes us better understand what our clients need.

DOCUMENTS, FILES AND DATABASES

All your documents, files, and databases are stored in a safe folder which only you and our technical staff have access to it. It will not be accessible online. We will not share it with anyone, unless you sign-up with one of our services that allows you to share your information to others. Backup of your documents, files, and databases are available on your control panel (it is strongly advised that clients do their own backups). You can download them into your own storage for personal safekeeping.

WEBSITE AND EMAIL PROGRAM

The program  that runs your website and email are secure as possible and we constantly guard them against unwanted threats like hacking, viruses, etc. Although a determined hacker could always be a challenge, we make sure of giving our best to the challenge and keeping all systems up and running.

(B) WEB APPLICATION AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

DOCUMENTS, PROGRAM FILES, DATABASES

All you documents, program files, and database files are stored in a safe folder during development and after development completion. The program source codes will not be accessible online or shared with anyone other than the development team handling the software programming. After turnover of completed software program, it is strongly advised that you store a copy of your application software for personal safekeeping.

YOUR APPLICATION SOFTWARE

The software application that will run on your website or computer is free as possible from viruses and malware upon implementation (either on upload to a hosting server, or installation to a computer, or mobile device). Although viruses and malware attacks comes from an active network environment and/or infected devices, we strongly advise that  you do all the best practices in protecting  your network connectivity and devices.
