How to avail a website from you?

1) You have to select a web development service package/plan and signup.
2) We will send a proposal, including the payment options.
3) We will send a design questionnaire for full custom plan option. For Basic and KO plans, we will send a list of FREE/paid web designs to choose from.
4) We will setup a temporary site to develop your website to be.
5) You will review the developed website.
6) With your approval, we will switch your website to LIVE and turnover access to you.

How to subscribe to any of your Hosting Plans?

1) Select a hosting service package/plan and signup.
2) We will send a proposal, including the payment options
3) We will setup/configure your hosting server and/or create the necessary email(s).
6) We will turnover access to you.

What is your accepted payment method?

We accept credit card and PayPal payment options. But we normally get paid via bank deposit/transfer or throught Western Union.


Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes. You need to sign a contract or just simple email back to us the proposal/contract we provided for acknowledgement of what we are to do to help you.


What is the minimum subscription period?

Our shortest subscription period is one year for our web design and hosting plans.


When am I billed?

Plans are billed on a yearly basis from the date you begin your subscription or when server space began utilization to service your account.


Do you charge a tax?

Yes. We do charge taxes but it is already included in the package plan fees.


Do I get a billing invoice?

Yes. We will provide an invoice. The invoice will be emailed 30 days at it's earliest or two weeks before subscription expiration with reminders sent every week after until expiration date arrives.


Do you issue an official receipt?

Yes. We issue official receipt. The official receipt number is included on our Payment Confirmation Email or we can send the receipt via snail mail (postal service).
